Based at the 4 Star DoubleTree Southampton, the 2025 event will be held over three days with an exciting programme including entry to MOGFEST at The National Motor Museum, Beaulieu.
After check-in at the hotel on Friday afternoon, you'll have plenty of free time to freshen up and relax in the hotel. There is the opportunity to book (pre-booking required) an informal welcome buffet evening event at the Hotel (cost £45 per person).

MOGFEST 2025 will take place at The National Motor Museum, Beaulieu, on Saturday - Entry only is £24.00 Per Person or is included at NO EXTRA CHARGE if you book one of the official MSCC hotel packages.

In addition to around one hundred vehicles manufactured since the late-19th century, the museum has a collection of motoring books, journals, photographs, films, and automobilia of the world and is affiliated to the British Motorcycle Charitable Trust.

Additional attractions include the National Motor Museum Monorail, veteran bus ride, playground, restaurant and a substantial part of the Palace House and grounds, including the partially ruined Beaulieu Abbey. Among the monastery buildings to have been preserved are the domus (now used for functions and exhibitions), and the refectory, which is now the parish church.

Sunday’s MOGFEST activity will be a half day Steam Ship excursion on the SS Sheidhall. (Winner of 2024 Tripadvisor award and Southampton’s number 1 visitor ranking on Tripadvisor) - Cost £52.00 Per Person.

On Sunday 29 June you can join us on an exciting cruise when SS Shieldhall, the largest working steamship in Britain, will venture into the Medina River on the Isle of Wight
On our way down Southampton Water we will pass the cruise ship Independence of the Seas at close quarters. On reaching the Solent we will continue to head south, entering the lower reaches of the Medina River, passing old warehouses and wharves, where in the past flying boats, hovercraft and steamships were developed and built. We’ll welcome on board guests from the Hammerhead Crane Trust who will give an entertaining insight into the Medina views. As part of the cruise experience you’ll see Shieldhall’s original steam engines at work and the bridge, with its traditional instruments and gleaming brasswork, talk to the captain and volunteer crew, listen to the sights and sounds of Southampton Water and the Solent, passing close to the great ocean liners and container ships, walk the teak decks and relax in the Saloon with a wide range of refreshments. In addition, a full commentary will be provided as well as a stop at Cowes.

Beaulieu is just 20 miles away, and we have a scenic route which avoids Southampton and Motorways, taking just 35-40 minutes. The DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton has newly refurbished bedrooms, 24-hour room-service and flat screen TV's. There is a restaurant, bar and café for dining. Guaranteed parking including the overnight fee is ONLY included with bookings made directly with the MSCC Travel Club. Anyone booking directly will have to pay for parking, and will not have a space in the limited on-site parking guaranteed.
