Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway is certainly one of the standout attractions of the New Forest. The narrow steam gauge railway treats visitors to an enchanting ride around the northeast edge of the gardens and into a part of the garden that other visitors cannot reach, the Summer Lane Garden. These gardens are designed in a natural style with a range of grasses, plants, trees and shrubs. The main gardens delight the senses all year round, with each season offering a different wonder; from the exquisite Azalea Bowl luring in visitors from all corners of the globe in May to the autumn flourishing of the Japanese maples, deciduous azaleas and dogwoods with their dazzling kaleidoscope of autumn burnt reds, warm oranges and chocolate browns.

Beaulieu House and Motor Museum has been voted the best UK visitor attraction. The Museum and the House are in the heart of the New Forest National Park and has a vast array of historic motor vehicles for the car enthusiast to savour. The extensive collection of motor vehicles tell the history of motoring through modern rally cars and F1 Grand Prix machines.
