Our Covid-Commitment provides the reassurance you need to book your next tour with us. To give you complete peace of mind and keep things as simple as possible, we’re applying the guarantee to all future bookings, regardless of when you booked or the terms and conditions that were in place at the time.
If at 21 days prior to departure, we are unable to operate your tour due UK government restrictions related to COVID-19, or your accommodation is unavailable due to COVID-19, you will be able to choose from one of the following options:
1. Transfer your booking to a rescheduled date, or to a later date
Subject to availability, we will move your booking to a later date, with no admin fees or penalties
2. Transfer your booking to an alternative tour of your choice
Subject to availability, we will move your booking to another tour of your choice, with no admin fees or penalties
3. Request a Full Refund
We will refund you the full amount you have paid for your booking.
In addition we offer you the following assurances:
All of our Hoteliers and other Suppliers comply with relevant Covid-19 Guidelines
All of our hotels, ferry operators and other suppliers have confirmed that they adhere to their respective governments' guidance in respect to COVID-19.
Deposited Bookings are Protected by our No Surcharge Guarantee*
Irrespective of any drop in the currency exchange rates due to 'Brexit' or any other circumstances, we guarantee that once you have paid your deposit, the price at the time of making your booking, is the price you will pay.

As fully bonded members of ABTOT all monies paid to us are fully protected
*Please Note, only bookings secured with a deposit are covered by our 'No Surcharge Guarantee'. If you take advantage of our No Deposit offer, and the cost of your tour increases by the time you pay your deposit, then you will have the choice of paying the higher price or cancelling your reservation without penalty.

If your tour includes a flight or overnight sailing, no cabins or seats will be booked until a deposit is paid.
Cruise Tours and Ticketed Events such as Laon, Monaco Historic, etc. plus some Club and Group Tours may be exempt from our No Deposit Offer.
If your tour or date of choice becomes fully subscribed prior to the 31st of January, we may contact you to request a deposit to allow you to secure your place.
Our COVID-Commitment does not replace our Standard Booking Terms and Conditions. All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged. Our COVID-Commitment will be reviewed regularly and is subject to change or removal without prior notice.
