A remarkable journey awaits, encompassing Tuscany, Lake Como, Lake Garda, Lake Lucerne, & three breathtaking mountain passes, an experience not to be overlooked!
The Chianti Wine Road, also known as “Strada del Vino Chianti,” is a renowned wine route in Tuscany, celebrated for its picturesque landscapes, charming villages, and, most notably, its world-famous Chianti wines. This wine road traverses the heart of the Chianti region, connecting several towns and wine estates where visitors can explore and savour the rich heritage of Tuscan wine production.
Cinque Terre, meaning “Five Lands,” is a breathtaking coastal region renowned for its dramatic cliffs, vibrant villages, and stunning Mediterranean scenery. Driving is not recommended; instead, the most relaxing way to experience Cinque Terre is by taking the Cinque Terre Express train from La Spezia and returning by boat from Monterosso.
Siena is famous for its thriving historic centre as well as Palio, the famous horse race held in Piazza del Campo. Discover the city’s ancient alleyways and lanes full of art galleries, museums and markets.
Florence boasts more world-class art than many countries. Some people never venture beyond the region’s crowded capital, though some of Italy’s most striking Gothic architecture, the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the walls of Lucca, are all an easy trip away. From the Etruscan marvels at Fiesole to the della Francesca’s of Arezzo, from the towers of San Gimignano to markets of Pistoia, there are delights for even the most experienced travellers.
